The 2020-2021 NCAAB basketball season tips off in earnest on Wednesday and Cash with Flash Best Bets is excited to have live basketball to watch and wager on.

It’s good to have live sports to watch during these trying times and I for one and happy to be able to talk college hoops with you for the entire season.

The coronavirus has messed with the NCAAB schedule but we do have a large schedule of games to consider for Wednesday.

Reliable NCAAB stats are difficult to find but Kenneth Pomeroy has a tremendous website for advanced stats, history, and damn near any stat you need for NCAAB hoops. The twenty-buck price tag is a steal for all the useful info Pomeroy has put together.

It’s difficult keeping up with 300 plus NCAA D1 teams and a site I like to read daily is called Busting Brackets. They have a never-ending stream of news and information that I find extremely useful. I also use a site called The Athletic. The first five to email me

The Cash with Flash Best Bets Radio Network is up and running. The coronavirus and the holiday have had everything messed up but hopefully, we will have some new material next week including some NCAAB talk on the Phil Naessens Show.

I’m a professional handicapper and handicap NCAAB on three different websites. Many of these predictions were made prior to the lines coming out but that is what pro handicappers actually do.

Winners & Whiners

Cal Riverside opens its season on the road against Pacific and I freely share a pair of predictions for you.

Utah Valley meets Stanford and you’ll want to see both of these predictions

Ball State takes on Northern Kentucky and there is a couple of predictions for this contest.

South Dakota meets Colorado in the Little Apple Classic and I have two free picks for you.

Stat Salt

The 2K Empire Classic tips off on Wednesday and I have a couple of predictions for you to consider.

Cash with Flash Best Bets likes the following contests for Wednesday.

Oral Roberts vs Missouri (-13)

I like Oral Roberts and I suspect they will have a terrific Summit Conference season and maybe even win the damn thing but they ain’t beating Missouri Wednesday. Experience and continuity matter in basketball and especially so early in the season. The Tigers return four of their top five players from a 15-16 season and playing at home this one is too good to pass up. The Golden Eagles return two double-digit scorers and will make it close for a while but Missouri will wrap this one up and the bench will clean up the mess.

NCAAB Pick: Missouri -13

Oklahoma State vs UT Arlington (+6)

Oklahoma State lost four of its five starters but brings in a tremendous recruiting class and much reason for their fanbase to be excited about. They are up against a UT Arlington side finishing last season in the Top 40 in assist to turnover ratio, turnovers, three-point defense, and assists per game and return two of their top three scorers. That’s too much experience for seven freshman and five sophomores playing on the road against an older more experienced team that rarely makes mistakes and defends.

NCAAB Pick: UT Arlington +6

Good luck Wednesday!!
