College Football Pick
We’re somehow staying afloat with our college football picks and currently boasting a 49-40-1 mark this season. We hit Michigan +7.5 and Notre Dame -20.5 on Saturday. We’ll have FREE plus PREMIUM Championship Saturday picks posted on Friday afternoon.
The Montreal Canadians lost last night as favorites and that leaves us with a 2-8-0 mark this season but we’re going to continue chasing underdogs when the opportunity arises in this moneyline sport.
Carolina Hurricanes vs Dallas Stars
The Hurricanes have dropped three of their last five and meet a red-hot Dallas Stars side riding a four-game winning streak.
We like Carolina in this one. Both sides have played fantastic hockey for most of the season and while Dallas is red-hot we think Carolina is the better side tonight. Carolina ranks seventh in scoring but more importantly is second in goals against. Dallas is an average scoring side along with the eighth best goals against this season. The Hurricanes expect Frederick Anderson to make the start tonight and he’s fourth in GAA with the seventh best save percentage in the game. Dallas has confirmed that Braden Holtby will start tonight and he’s posted fourteenth best numbers in GAA and save percentage. Consider Carolina to win this game tonight.
Cash with Flash Tuesday Free NHL Pick: Carolina Hurricanes -103
Free College Basketball Pick
A 15-15-1 non-conference record thus far has been disappointing and we missed the total on Monday’s Iowa-Virginia contest. We’ve enjoyed a nice comeback from being down 0-5 to start the season…..now lets see if we can get things going and finish the non-conference season with a bang!
Florida State Seminoles vs Purdue Boilermakers
We have the Big Ten/ACC Challenge when the Seminoles and Boilermakers meet tonight at 7:00 pm at Mackey Arena. Florida State is 5-1 this season and Purdue is undefeated in six attempts.
We like laying the eleven points and rolling with the home side in this one. Florida State is missing three-key players including starting point guard RayQuan Evans and starting center Tanor Nagum and an already difficult task became that much harder. Purdue is ranked second in the country and is second in the nation in scoring up against an eighty-first ranked Seminoles defense. The Boilermakers rank third in field goal percentage, fifth in three-point percentage and can beat teams in a number of ways. Florida State turns the ball over far too much and missing Evans isn’t going to help matters very much. Consider laying the points and rolling with Purdue to cover tonight.
Cash with Flash Tuesday Free CBB Pick: Purdue Boilermakers -11 points
We’re limping along with a 36-45-0 record with three plus-money underdogs. It’s been a tough go thus far and we’re more than due to make a big NBA run. We hit with the total of Monday’s Indiana-Minnesota game. Let’s see if we can keep this going tonight.
Memphis Grizzlies vs Toronto Raptors
Memphis has won two of their last five and meets a Toronto Raptors side looking to end a two-game losing streak and has lost three of their past five contests. Tip-off time is set for 7:30 pm at Scotiabank Arena.
We like the 216.5 point total and we believe the game will end under 216 points. Both sides have injuries, most notably Grizzlies leading scorer Ja Morant. Memphis hung 128 points on Sacramento Sunday night but Toronto allows the nineteenth fewest points per game. Neither side have great shooters inside or outside of the arc and both sides are top five in offensive rebounding. Toronto plays at one of the slowest paces in the NBA; the slow pace plus the bad shooting will make it tough for these teams to push the score above the total. Consider playing the UNDER 216.5 points tonight.
Cash with Flash Tuesday NBA Free Pick: Toronto Raptors UNDER 216.5 points
Good luck today!
