The NCAA College Football is finally into its annual bowl game season!! Cash with Flash Best Bets will be posting free picks in addition to the premium bowl packages on offer.
It was difficult last bowl season due to Covid-19; the virus from hell is still with us but at least the conferences and teams had full schedules and we have a better idea who these tackle football teams really are.
Between the Phil Naessens Show and Cash with Flash Bets we posted a 52-40-1 NCAAF record this season. We did take a few weeks off before roaring back with Pittsburgh -3 and Navy +7.5. We’re still in the black and ready to add some real gains as we wrap up the 2021 NCAAF season.
Cash with Flash will give you one free bowl game breakdown and pick per article and we’ll charge you $9.99 for the premium picks available after the free pick!
Premium games include;
Northern Illinois vs Coastal Carolina
Eastern Michigan vs Liberty
UTEP vs Fresno State
UAB vs BYU
Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders vs Toledo Rockets
This one begins at noon eastern on Friday!
The Blue Raiders snuck into the bowl picture and are relying on a freshman quarterback that has taken the majority of snaps since starter Chase Cunningham was lost for the season. Nick Vattiato has thrown more interceptions (6) than touchdowns (5) but has tossed just one pick in his last three games. Middle Tennessee doesn’t rush for big yardage but they’ve found their way into the endzone 13 times this season. This offense meets a Toledo defense with the sixteenth best passing defense and sixty-fifth against the run and has allowed fewer than 22 points in three of its last five games.
Toledo knows how to put points up on the board, averaging 32 points per game on the arm of freshman quarterback DeQuann Finn and the rushing of junior running back Bryant Koback. Finn has thrown 16 TD’s with just one interception and Koback has rushed for 1274 yards with 15 touchdowns. The Rockets have scored 34 points or more in each of their last five contests and face a Blue Raiders defense with a nation-best 31 takeaways and is thirty-fourth in rushing yards allowed with an eighty-fourth best passing defense in the country.
We like Toledo in this one. Koback has rushed for 100 yards or more in each of his last five games and the Rockets have exceeded their scoring average in each of their last five contests. The Blue Raiders defense has been good and especially at causing turnovers but Toledo has one of the lowest turnover rates in the college game and the offense won’t likely benefit from the field position their takeaways create. The Rockets defense has been very good in its own right and should be able to contain the Blue Raiders offense. Middle Tennessee will no doubt put points on the board but they won’t keep up with what Toledo will bring. Consider laying the points and going with Toledo to cover on Friday afternoon.
