College Football Pick
We’re somehow staying afloat with our college football picks and currently boasting a 52-40-1 mark this season. We hit Pittsburgh -3 points Saturday and we’ll absolutely have Bowl Game picks available for purchase.
Ottawa won last night at +155 in a shootout and that leaves us with a 5-10-0 mark this season. Let’s see if we can get back on track tonight!
Be sure and listen to Wednesday’s Phil Naessens Show. Zach from PickProfit joins the pod and runs through the entire 32-team league dropping knowledge like no one else can. We’ll leave the player below!
New York Islanders vs Ottawa Senators
New York is the away favorite tonight (-130) when they meet Ottawa (+110) at 7:00 pm eastern. The Islanders are hoping to halt a nine-game losing streak and the Senators have a three-game winning streak on the line.
We like Ottawa tonight. The Sens are playing their best hockey of the season and coming off an exciting Monday night shootout away victory over New Jersey. The Islanders are riding the struggle bus and have scored just seven goals over their last five games. Filip Gustavsson is expected to guard the cage for Ottawa and has allowed twenty goals over his last five starts…..Ilya Sorokin is the Islanders expected netminder and he’s allowed fourteen goals over his last five starts (all losses). This Ottawa side has some young guns and up against an Islanders side that is 0-5-0 over their last five away games. Consider Ottawa tonight.
Cash with Flash Tuesday NHL Pick: Ottawa Senators +110
Free College Basketball Pick
A 18-17-1 record thus far has been disappointing and we lost Monday with our Kent State pick. We’ve enjoyed a nice comeback from being down 0-5 to start the season…..hopefully we can pull some serious gains as we head towards conference play.
Virginia Cavaliers vs James Madison Dukes
Virginia is a 5.5 point away favorite when they meet James Madison tonight at 6:30 pm. The Cavaliers have won four of their last five while the Dukes are riding a two-game winning streak.
We like Virginia to cover tonight. The Cavaliers calling card is defense and the Dukes don’t have the offense to put a real dent into the Cavaliers armor. Virginia doesn’t turn over the ball very much either; James Madison averages 23.3 points per game off of turnovers and that’s really how the Dukes beat opponents and it just won’t be there tonight. Virginia has a serious height advantage and should dominate the offensive glass not to mention the Cavaliers are first in second-half points allowed. Consider laying the points and rolling with Virginia to cover tonight.
Cash with Flash Tuesday CBB Pick: Virginia Cavaliers -5.5
We’re limping along with a 38-48-0 record with three plus-money underdogs. It’s been a tough go thus far and we’re more than due to make a big NBA run. We missed Minnesota last night…..we’re really riding the struggle bus thus far here.
New York Knicks vs San Antonio Spurs
New York is looking to shake a three-game losing streak while San Antonio has won four of its last five contests when they meet tonight at 8:30 pm eastern.
We like the Knicks tonight. Yes, they’ve dropped three-straight but they’ve had a couple of days off to get their act together after losing two-straight at home. San Antonio suffered a Monday night road loss to end a three-game road trip and they likely returned home very early this morning. New York is a top-ten three-point shooting squad with a decisive edge on the glass in general and particularly on the offensive end of the floor. San Antonio scores the second most points in the paint per game but might find that difficult against a Knicks team allowing the third least amount of points in the paint this season. Consider laying the three-points and taking New York to cover tonight.
Cash with Flash Tuesday NBA Pick: New York Knicks -3.5 points
Good luck today!
