College Football Pick
We’re somehow staying afloat with our college football picks and currently boasting a 52-40-1 mark this season. We hit Pittsburgh -3 points Saturday and we’ll absolutely have Bowl Game picks available for purchase.
Ottawa lost last night at +110 and that leaves us with a 5-11-0 mark this season. Let’s see if we can get back on track tonight!
Be sure and listen to Wednesday’s Phil Naessens Show. Zach from PickProfit joins the pod and runs through the entire 32-team league dropping knowledge like no one else can. We’ll leave the player below!
Colorado Avalanche vs New York Rangers
Colorado is 2-3 over their last five with a 6-5-1 road record and faces a New York club riding a seven-game winning streak with an 8-1-1 record this season at Madison Square Garden. Darcy Kuenmper is expected to tend to the twine for Colorado while New York expects Alexander Georgiev to patrol the cage tonight. Face-off time is slated for 7:00 pm eastern.
We like the Rangers tonight. New York has been hot and has scored nineteen goals over their last five contests while allowing just seven goals. Colorado is a high-scoring side with twenty-five goals scored with seventeen goals allowed over their past five contests. Kuemper has been solid this season with fourteen goals allowed over his last five starts and is 4-1 over those five matchups. Georgiev has been a solid number two this season with eleven goals allowed over his past five appearances with the Rangers winning each of his last four starts. Consider New York tonight.
Cash with Flash Wednesday NHL Pick: New York Rangers +140
Free College Basketball Pick
A 18-18-1 record thus far has been disappointing and we lost Tuesday with our Virginia pick. We’ve enjoyed a nice comeback from being down 0-5 to start the season…..hopefully we can pull some serious gains as we head towards conference play.
Michigan State Spartans vs Minnesota Golden Gophers
We have Big Ten hoops tonight when the 7-2 Michigan State Spartans meet the 7-0 Minnesota Golden Gophers at 9:00 pm eastern. The Spartans have won two-straight heading into this one while Minnesota went undefeated in non-conference play.
We like Minnesota to cover the 7.5 points. Michigan State should win this game but 7.5 points is too many for this one. The Spartans have a turnover issue and opponents have averaged 14.3 points per game off of their turnovers. Minnesota has no such problem taking care of the ball and scored an average of 15.1 off of opponents turnovers thus far this season. Minnesota is the more experienced side with the slightly higher assist to turnover ratio but the Spartans have a distinct rebounding advantage tonight. This one should be much closer than expected……consider taking the 7.5 points and rolling with the Golden Gophers to cover the spread tonight.
Cash with Flash Wednesday CBB Pick: Minnesota Golden Gophers +7.5 points
We’re limping along with a 39-48-0 record with three plus-money underdogs. It’s been a tough go thus far and we’re more than due to make a big NBA run. We hit with our Knicks pick last night…..we’re really riding the struggle bus thus far here.
Dallas Mavericks vs Memphis Grizzlies
Dallas is a four-point away underdog when they meet Memphis tonight at 8:00 pm eastern. The Mavericks are looking to end a three-game losing streak while Memphis has a five-game winning streak on the line tonight.
We like Dallas and the points tonight. The Mavericks have struggled lately, coming off a home loss to Brooklyn where they blew a seventeen-point lead and lost by three points. This makes the second time the two sides have met and Memphis held Dallas to just ninety points but Luka Doncic didn’t play in Sunday’s 97-90 home loss. Memphis dominated the glass in their Sunday contest with Dallas and are the second-best rebounding side in the league. Memphis has won five straight without Ja Morant in the lineup and while we think Memphis will win tonight this one should be closer than four points. Consider taking the points and rolling with Dallas to cover the four points.
Cash with Flash Wednesday NBA Pick: Dallas Mavericks +4 points
Good luck today!
